We've been selling Traveler's Notebooks for as long as we've been open, and it's always been a big part of our shop. I still remember when we first opened and didn't carry all of their accessories, and slowly over time, carrying more and more. It fits so perfectly within our shop culture of things that will stay with you and serve you for years, changing and adjusting as you need it to.

I go through seasons of using it more and using it less, but I find myself coming back to it again and again. This year, again, it's part of my analogue system for organization and writing - I'm using it for my daily planning, shop stuff, and keeping track of books. But of course, I'm always looking for inspiration.

We will have tea and snacks, as well as a few supplies like washi tape, glue, markers and pens. While we'll be meeting in our back space, the shop will also be open, in case you want to browse.

There's no cost, and you can drop in anytime. At the beginning, we're going to try and do a go-around with an introduction and how we're each using our Traveler's Notebooks, so if you want to catch that, come nearer to 2:00. The rest of the time will just be time to write, journal, chat and admire each other's handiwork, and of course introverts or late-arrivals are welcome to drop in later just for some time to write.

It would be terrific if you could RSVP by emailing studioshop@wonderpens.ca so we can get a sense of the numbers, but it's not necessary. If you've RSVP'd and can't make it last minute, that's no problem either. You can also call the shop 416 513 9633.

In any case, I'm really looking forward to this inaugural Traveler's Notebook meet-up! It'll be time to chat and share, and maybe pick up a few ideas, as well as some time to journal or fill up some pages in good company. Perhaps a cat or a toddler will be underfoot as well.
