The Sailor Compass fountain pen was released came in ages and ages ago, and they always sell out but here we are now, with a fresh shipment in.

The 2021 Lamy special edition Safaris have arrived! We are thrilled, always, to have new colours on our shelves, all resting neatly in their white trays until called home to their new families. Fountain pens, roller balls, ballpoints. What is life without some variety.

We have been running a stationery shop now for going on eight years and in that amount of time, we’ve always contemplated why we carry Iroshizuku inks but not the standard Pilot inks, and for some reason, we never took action on these ponderings. It was one of life’s great mysteries.

The TWSBI rose golds—580 Smoke Rose Gold and Mini White Rose Gold—released this year are beauties.

There’s not much to say about these things. They’re sticky. They’re sort of vague which makes them perfect for sticking on things without having too much rhyme or reason. Family calendars, lunchbox notes, journaling or planners, snail mail. Here are a few photos of them. You can find them on the website here. I’m enjoying the satisfying pile of them on my desk as I peel off one here or there for putting into my notebooks.

The latest Blackwing Volumes has arrived! Volume 6 is the Small Business pencil. We are here for it. Two colours of pencils, inspired by the neon lights of shop signs. Soft graphite, and a matte finish. What a great Final volumes edition of the year.
