How do I return an item?

If an item is defective, we will gladly exchange the item at no charge to you. Please contact within 14 days.
After 14 days, you are encouraged to speak to the manufacturer directly to see what the best solution is.

If you are dissatisfied with an item for another reason, you can return within 14 days for a full refund minus original shipping charges- please read below for conditions to qualify for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit in return to us.

In order to receive a full or partial refund (minus shipping charges), the item must be new, unopened and accompanied by all original packaging material, sales receipt or invoice, etc. All pens must be unused (e.g. pen protector tip still in tact, cartridges unused, ink has not traveled through feed/nib of fountain pens). You may not receive a full refund if the item is not returned to us in the condition you received it in.

In-store pickups can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email that it is ready for pick-up, not from the date you pick it up. Same return guidelines apply as above.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges for ink or paper, special ordered items, Weekly Specials, or Closeout items.
