Happy Chinese New Year

Wishing you and yours a very happy Chinese New Year.

This past weekend we had some low-key celebrations with family and friends, and in some ways, it was better than Christmas. For one thing, we weren't completely exhausted and fried from the holiday rush, and for another thing, we're closer to spring, so the survival of the darkest days of winter seems like an additional cause for celebration.

May this Year of the Pig ahead of us be filled with red pockets of money, plates of dumplings and long life noodles, and laughter around the table.
