Behind the Shop
The unseasonably cool days in Toronto these past few weeks has brought back some not-so-distant back-to-school feelings!
Pen and ink drawn back to bricks and mortar (That's us!)
As relatively new business owners, we're learning a lot about our community and running a local, independent business.
We've received our latest shipment of Noodler's Inks, especially exciting because a few bottles were broken!
I know our blog seems a little empty of actual ink or pen reviews, but it's been crazy since we've opened up just two weeks ago!
Now that the store is open and I'm here full-time, we're going to keep you updated a little more regularly with what is going on. We are putting our next Noodler's and Private Reserve orders in this week.
1. Even though it sounds all nice and cute when people say "Liz is running a little stationery shop" compared to "Jon is working at a real job that brings home bacon," it can be very stressful.
Or rather, the first official day of the store! We didn't plan anything too grand, since our store is tiny and can't fit too many! We had a lot of people stop by, some even making the trip from Etobicoke or Mississauga just to check out the new fountain pen store.
