We were so excited to announce our first School Supplies Drive for Covenant House Toronto earlier this summer. As the school year starts to settle in, we're about ready to wrap things up, and it's about time, as our front table's been overloaded and we've got boxes under the table and in the back ready to be delivered.
Caleb Adventures in the Halls (On Wheels)
Fun fact: inside our packing area are the up + down buttons to operate a freight elevator that is located outside our unit. The buttons and the elevator doors are separated by a wall, and so people who want to use the elevator have to use the buttons inside the elevator itself. Crazy stuff.

Vancouver and our train trip seem months ago already, with getting back into things here in the shop and in Toronto, but I wanted to share another post from out west.
Warehouse Sale - Sunday, August 28th from 1-5pm
It's our first ever warehouse sale! We're normally closed on Sundays, but we're opening up from 1-5 pm this Sunday, August 28th just for the sale. Spread the word! If you're in need of some new fixtures and fittings for your warehouse, try an Industrial Door Company or some pallet racking to improve your storage efficiency.

Train Life Day 3 + 4
The last two days of our train trip! You might think that by Day 3 or 4 we'd be exhausted and tired of the train, but the long stopover in Winnipeg on Day 2 was a great break, and mid-morning of Day 3 was another break as we made it into Edmonton, where the Panoramic Car is added.
Train Life Day 2: Winnipeg + Details of our Cabin
Heading into Day 2 of our train trip, we decided to skip our tasty train breakfast because we arrived earlier than scheduled in Winnipeg. We were supposed to arrive in time to give us a good two hours to wander around the city, but because we arrived earlier (and the train will never leave early), we had three hours.

We’ve made it onto the train, and we’re barrelling west towards British Columbia. I had thought I would have a bit more time to blog on the train, but I've been a bit surprised by how busy things have been!

We're heading out on our wild Canadian adventure! And by wild, I mean, it's going to be a bit intense and crazy to see how Caleb does in a tight cabin and walking up and down skinny aisles with other humans in such close quarters. But it's going to be great.
