The Leonardo Momento Zero collection evokes the rich heritage of vintage Italian pens, with its soft vintage shape and flaked acrylic pattern reminiscent of Italian celluloid pens of the 30s. Outfitted with a #6 Stainless Steel nib, you'll feel the difference in this writing experience - smooth, wet and responsive.

The Grande model is a piston-filler with a ~1.5mL capacity.

Momento Zero Grande 2.0 is the evolution of the species, numbered collection (not limited) is the evolution of the well-known Momento Zero Grande, the main feature of the 2.0 is the transparent window that indicates the level of ink contained inside the barrel, not visible when the pen is closed because it is positioned on the writing section.

Gorgeous and smooth writing

This pen is a beauty. Leonardo pens are definitely worth the price if you love a gorgeous pen to look while you write, even as they have steel nibs. With version 2.0 of the Momento Zero Grande there is the window to see the ink that was not in the original version of the pen. The Grandes are probably not for everyone since they are larger but the regular sized Momento Zero and Furore are perfect (for me) sized pens. Even as the Grande is larger I find it comfortable to write with for longer periods.

I now have Leonardos in EF, F, M and 1.1 and each one is wonderful to write with.

When I purchased the Momento Zero with the 1.1 stub, the ink would not flow from the cartridge through the feed to nib. I mailed it back to Brendan at Wonder Pens and he resolved the issue so now the pen writes beautifully and wet. Leonardo and Wonder Pens -- an amazing combo!
