Here is the Opus 88 KOLORO in gold. The perfect pen for this holiday! Although I also inked it up for my trip to Taiwan, in anticipation of meeting Opus 88 in Taipei while we were there, and I thought it was a pretty good summer travel pen as well.

Here it is with the Milk Tea (bottom) and the Clear.

It is a very solid, high-quality pen, with a huge ink capacity.

It’s an eyedropper style of ink filling: the section with the nib unscrews and you can use the included eyedropper to fill up the barrel. It holds a lot!

It’s sealed at the back, which makes it super for travel. For long writing sessions or every once in a while, you can unscrew the back of the pen a bit, to release the pressure, and ink will flow forward into the feed. You can tighten the back knob to ensure ink doesn’t flow out if you’re travelling, like on a plane, and are worried about leaks.

And of course it writes. Well! Nice and smooth and great flow. Mine is a broad. Yum!

In any case, the wand chooses the wizard, and sometimes a pen has room for just the right sort of magic potions that come inside jars and you write what you need to write with it and life and run-on sentences continue onwards, whether you’re ready for it or not.
