Pilot Vanishing Point Fountain Pen - Black Carbonesque

The Carbonesque is a good looking pen on the desk, in the hand, or at meetings, and it works flawlessly. The medium nib I purchased writes just like a European fine, ink flow is very well controlled, there are no hard starts, and the push-button mechanism works perfectly. I wish the CON-40 converter drew a greater amount of ink when filling, and I wish Pilot would revert to the older style clip - à la the late '60s and early '70s - that is attached higher up the barrel (which allows for more varieties of grip). Pilot's craftwork and manufacturing standards are among the best in the business. This one is a keeper.
