Lamy Logo M+ Ballpoint - White

I guess this review is more for the customer service then the pen itself. But I had done an online order and the one pen I ordered was not quite the color of pen I was hoping for. Since I was picking it up in person, the staff let me swich it out for this Lamy Logo M+ and refunded the difference. They were very helpful. Thanks, Wonderpens.
