Introduction to Gothic Lettering Class - Sunday, March 22 from 8:30-11:00am
Join us at our Toronto shop (52 Clinton St.) for an introductory gothic lettering class taught by expert calligrapher Mark Lurz. Mark received his formal calligraphy training at the Arts & Craft School in Basel Switzerland, and is founding member of the Calligraphic Arts Guild of Toronto. His experience and knowledge is second to none.
This 2 and a half hour class presents the basics of gothic lettering, as well as information on the use and care of your tools.
Whether you have attended Mark's Introduction to Calligraphy class before, or you haven't - this class is for you.
Come empty-handed, but leave with your own calligraphy pen.
No preparation is needed, but you are encouraged to come 5-10 minutes early to get settled in.
