Rhodia Webnotebook A5 - Black

The paper in the Rhodia notebook is really high quality. My favorite fountain pen lays down a lot of ink, with a three-tined music nib, and this paper allows me to use both sides with almost no bleeding, and very little feathering. Almost none at all, if I use it with J. Herbin Perle Noir ink, and the drying time is just right for me to write several pages with no pausing.

I'd like the pad to lie a little flatter, because I tend toward very narrow margins, but this is pretty minor, and a firm bend of the spine mostly takes care of the problem.

The binding and cover are of an equally high standard, and withstand all of the abuse I have ever thrown at them over years of field research and grad' school.

This is an excellent notebook, designed to a very high standard, with outstanding FP friendly paper (no bleed through or feathering). I use this notebook every day at work, and will definitely re-order one in the future.
