This is a beautiful, vivid orange. Like all the Pilot inks, it is smooth and great to write with. I will be ordering a full bottle.
This is a beautiful bright orange, really nice quality ink and flow. The name apparently means Winter Persimmon: when I looked up images it's exactly that colour - a crisp clear fruit orange. There might be a hint towards coral depending on your paper. I love the few Pilot inks I've tried so far and received this one in a mystery sample pack. It's very legible so you could write with it, and I might get it again. This would make a great alternative for editors/teachers instead of red ink, or if you want an accent colour when drawing.
Definitly high quality ink, very pleasant to write with, dries quickly and keeps the same color when drying. AND this is definitly, truly orange. Not yellowish, not red, not dirty clay, plain beautiful orange, like the fruit.
