I was looking for a more economical way to do ink and wash, as disposable pigment ink pens get spent pretty quickly.
After trying a sample of this ink with a Metropolitan M nib, I am glad I found my solution.
The colour is identical to the Pitt artist sepia pen, and flows evenly. There is little to no feathering even on absorbent paper.
Drying time is reasonable on watercolour paper, and does not wash off if given enough time for the ink to settle.
I even used it to write my cheques. As a bonus, it washes out from my pen easily. Last but not least, I no longer need to throw away spent plastic barrels as often.
What's not to like?
