The Alchemy of Dreams: A Dream Journal Workshop - Wednesday, April 1 from 6:30-8:00pm

We often think of dreams as random movies playing in our sleep, but from a psychological and astrological perspective, dreams are the royal path to the unconscious. They contain the raw data of our true creative potential and our deepest, often unspoken, desires.

Join Cordelia Shan as she helps participants bring the unconscious to the conscious level, using specific writing tools and supplies as essential vessels for this practice. Various techniques will be explored and practised, including remembering and recalling, clearing the mental cache, decoding the stars, and manifestation. You will leave with exercises to practise at home, to deepen and continue a meditative exploration of your subconscious. 

This 1.5 hour workshop will include all supplies and materials, but feel free to bring any favourite notebooks or writing tools. 

Cordelia Shan is the co-founder of Found in Translation, an Independent bookshop project in Toronto dedicated to translated literature and cross-cultural storytelling, and also produces a small literary zine called Food & Feeling, which focuses on food writing and the emotional landscapes that surround cooking, eating, and memory. She also works in AI, and is completing a Master of Information degree at the University of Toronto and studying creative writing at OCAD University. Her writing explores memory, one’s self, and everyday rituals around food and being.
