Diamine Fountain Pen Ink (80mL) - Sherwood Green

As a newbie I have been looking for an ink for my favorite color.

This green is a rich deep forest green that makes me think of green is green is green. Very well names. It's not pale or overly dark, just a rich full forest green. The picture here seems to be much lighter than my experience. I like the sample I bought enough that I anticipate getting a bottle.

This ink is a very nice dark green colour. It's dark enough to be used as your primary writing ink, probably a bit too dark to be an accent colour though.
It's a pure green under daylight/5500k lighting where I love the colour. It gets a yellowy/green tint under soft white lighting though ymmv.
It's a no extras perfect dark green (no sheen or shimmer). It's wet enough to be used on Japanese pens like the Pilot MR (which suffer with dry inks like R&K Salix), and works great on western pens as well.

Overall, a good choice if you're looking for a dark green!

This ink is really really good. It's the perfect green. You can't go wrong with Diamine.
