It's nice

It's nice but I expected more for the price. Where the leather folds, spine and inside flap, it's a tad dry and rougher to the touch. I was hoping to let it patina naturally over time but it could use a light conditioning before use. There's imperfection's in the leather but it gives it character and will look better with age. I'm a big fan of vegetable tanned leather in footwear too. I was thinking of getting an A4 folio as well but think I might pass since they're almost double the price of this guy, depends on how this one turns out but I don't think the leather quality is there to justify the A4's price. I'd have to check it out in person when we can do that again.
