Curbside Pickup

Ontario has recently lifted some of its restrictions, and is now allowing retailers with street facing entrances to offer curbside pickup. We have had a lot of people asking about curbside pickup, and I’m thrilled to say that we’re now going to be offering it again.

Starting immediately our curbside pickup hours are:

Wednesday 12:00-4:00
Friday 12:00-4:00
Saturday 12:00-4:00

You can select the curbside pickup option when you check out, and we will send you an email once your order has been processed and is ready for pick up. You can stop by anytime during our curbside pickup hours, but it would be much appreciated if you could let us know when you’re coming, if you know ahead of time.

For once, we are feeling lucky about our current brick and mortar set up in that we have lots of space for pickup. We’ll have a table out front when curbside pickup hours are open. When you arrive, we’ll ask you for your order number and grab your order for you. We’ll place it on the table and then you can pick it up from the table, allowing for contactless pickup.

At this time, our brick and mortar shop is still closed off for browsing, and we’re also not set up to be accepting payment on the spot—this curbside pickup is for online orders only right now.

Things may change, and we’re sorting of feeling out how things are going to go. All of these decisions, changes, adjustments, pivoting—this is all new ground for us, and we are flying by the seat of our pants, and looking for the best advice and ways to do things we can.

We know that many of you are still at home, and we are still keeping our focus steady on making sure our shipping operation is moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are incredibly grateful to have your support and your orders and to know that you’re all out there, writing, staying creative, thinking of us, and we are nervously excited for this phase, and very, very much looking forward to seeing some familiar faces again, even if from the distance beyond the table.
