You can’t go wrong with this one!

I don’t know what took me so long to get this gorgeous color (it’s my 3rd Kaweco)! It’s even better in person, the gold accents give it a sophisticated look. I’ve never had any issues with a Kaweco sport or Skyline, there’s no fine- tuning to be done, just ink your pen and write! As one reviewer noted, if you opt, as I did, for a calligraphic nib, it will be a silver nib. Kaweco’s calligraphic nibs only come in silver.

Love this pen

I love this pen. I have the medium nib and it is very smooth and wonderful to use. The colour is great (I like the gold accents). The plastic is a bit soft so it does get micro scratches and scuff marks from posting and from carrying around - but I don’t mind. When posted the pen is a good size. The only downside for me is that with it’s shorter nib (compared to a metropolitan for example) I find my giant hands are a bit more cramped when writing for long periods. I would definitely recommend this pen.

Great writing pen!

This a great little, economically priced, pen... writes really well. I ordered it with a Medium nib. It has a great flow and feels very comfortable in my hand for a light, plastic pen. I ordered another one in Grey with a Fine nib. It writes just as well. I also ordered a clip for a pocket or notebook. A very good combo for the price and a great carry pen.

The plastic doesn't feel as nice to me as the body of my Lamy Safari. It seems like it would be easy to scratch, but I can't say for sure yet.

I got it with the 1.1mm nib. I'm no expert, but I would say it's a stub, not italic. Maybe it could be called a cursive italic. Also, its line is bigger than my 1.1mm Lamy nib.

Finally, the one thing that I'm unhappy about is the colour of the nib. The accent on the pen body is gold coloured, I got the gold coloured clip to go with it and the photos show a gold coloured steel nib. However, it seems that the italic nibs all silver coloured steel. I think wonderpens should make it clear that even though the photo shows a gold nib the italic is silver. It would be nice to point people in the direction of the 'skyline' which is the same pen with silver accents. I'm sure I'll get over it.

I'm rating the pen 4 starts because I like the design and it writes well, but don't like the feel of the plastic they used.
